• Purchase and transaction identifiers received from JVZoo for license validation.

• Pages visited, features used, and project activity within the platform.

c) User-Generated Content

• Video projects, text scripts, images, and other content you create or upload within the platform.

d) YouTube OAuth Data (Only When You Connect)

• When you choose to connect your YouTube account, we request access through OAuth 2.0 with a limited scope. The specific data collected through this process is detailed in Section 2 below.

2 Google / YouTube OAuth Data Usage

The Micro Content Agency UGC platform offers an optional YouTube integration that allows you to upload videos directly to your own YouTube channel. This integration uses the YouTube Data API v3 and the OAuth 2.0 protocol provided by Google.

What We Access:

• The ability to upload a video file to your YouTube channel, including the video title, description, tags, and privacy status that you specify before uploading.

What We Do NOT Access:

• Your YouTube watch history, search history, or recommendations.
• Your subscribers, comments, likes, or community posts.
• Your YouTube analytics, revenue data, or monetization settings.
• Your existing videos, playlists, or channel settings.
• Any private or unlisted content on your channel.

Token Storage:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our database using encryption.
• Tokens are used solely for the purpose of uploading videos at your explicit request.
• Tokens are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.

3 How We Use Collected Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service: Processing your video projects, rendering content, and enabling video uploads to your YouTube channel at your request.
• To authenticate your account: Verifying your identity and managing your login sessions.
• To improve the platform: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features, fix issues, and optimize performance.
• To communicate with you: Sending account-related notifications, including access credentials, password resets, and important service updates.
• To ensure security: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.

4 Data Storage and Security Measures

• Encryption: OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) are stored using encryption at rest. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.
• Secure Transmission: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• Access Control: Access to user data and system databases is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
• Server Security: Our servers are protected with firewalls, regular security updates, and monitoring for unauthorized access attempts.
• Password Protection: User passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.

5 Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account. If your account is terminated or you request deletion, your account data will be removed within 30 days.
• Video Projects and Content: Retained while your account is active. Temporary rendering files are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
• YouTube OAuth Tokens: Retained only while your YouTube connection is active. Tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect your YouTube account from the platform or revoke access via your Google Account settings.
• Usage Logs: Server and access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

6 User Control and Revocation of Access

You have full control over your data and the permissions you grant to the platform:

a) Revoking YouTube Access

You may revoke the application's access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page:

b) Disconnecting YouTube Within the App

You can disconnect your YouTube account from within the platform's settings page. This will delete the stored OAuth tokens from our database.

c) Account Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 11. We will process your request within 30 days.

d) Data Access Request

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Please contact us to submit a data access request.

7 Third-Party Services

The Micro Content Agency UGC platform integrates with the following third-party services:

a) YouTube / Google APIs

• We use the YouTube Data API v3 to enable video uploads to your YouTube channel.
• Our use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google's collection and use of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

b) JVZoo

• Account access is granted through purchases made on the JVZoo marketplace.
• We receive limited transaction data (purchase confirmation, buyer name, and email) from JVZoo to provision your account.
• JVZoo's handling of your payment and personal data is governed by JVZoo's own Privacy Policy.

c) AI Video Generation Services

• We use third-party AI video generation APIs to create video content based on your inputs (text prompts, scripts, etc.).
• Content you submit for video generation may be processed by these third-party services. We select providers that maintain appropriate data handling standards.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

8 Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Micro Content Agency UGC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we confirm that:

• We only request access to the data necessary for the functionality of our application (video upload via the youtube.upload scope).
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the Service.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data for purposes that are unrelated to the core functionality of the application.
• We do not use Google user data to develop or improve any application other than the Micro Content Agency UGC platform.

9 Children's Privacy

The Micro Content Agency UGC platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately using the information provided in Section 11.
