Last Updated: April, 1st 2023

The services that YourCompanyName provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). YourCompanyName reserves the right to update the TOU at any time with/without notice. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our web pages or visiting this link https://yourwebsite.com

The Services ("Software") is the copyright work of YourCompanyName and/or our affiliates/suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to signup unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.

YourCompanyName reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a user registration in its sole discretion. YourCompanyName shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and passwords.

You shall never use another user's account without such other user's express permission. You will immediately notify us related to any unauthorized use of your account, or other account-related security breach of which you are aware.

License Grant and Restrictions
YourCompanyName hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide rights and license to use our software/services, solely for your own internal and business purposes, subject to the Terms of this Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by YourCompanyName and its licensors.

Subscription fees, Payments and Refund
YourCompanyName reserves the right to require payments or subscription fees for certain features of the Service.

You agree to pay all applicable charges under these Terms, including any applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity.

There are no refunds for payments made once service/software has been used. If you dispute any charge made for your use of the Services, you must notify us in writing within fifteen (15) days of any such charge; failure to so notify YourCompanyName shall result in the waiver by you of any claim relating to any such disputed charge.

Charges shall be calculated solely based on invoicing records maintained by YourCompanyName for purposes of billing. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by YourCompanyName or have any effect under these Terms.

YourCompanyName does not store payment information (e.g. credit card, debit card…) in our internal database, and uses third party payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Google checkout etc.) for transactions and require you to agree their payment policy, taxes based on your location and business type.

When using the YourCompanyName.com site, software or services you are subject to any updated policies or rules applicable to services you use through the sites.

The agreement applies between you, the business you signup and Agenty Analytics Pvt Ltd (parent company of YourCompanyName) based on India
